fromis_9 released their second full-length album Glow ME on July 21, 2026, led by the title track "Vitamin ME." The song is a bright summer pop cut built on a Latin-inflected rhythmic groove, themed around recognizing your own charm and drawing strength from it. Across ten tracks the album moves through several styles, including the Afrobeat-leaning "Teacher," and the members took part in the writing and composing, with Lee Chaeyoung co-writing "Cold Blood" and Park Jiwon working on "Teacher." It is the group’s first full-length album in about three years.
